近日,威胜信息自主研发的综合测控终端(RTU)与厂站电能量采集终端(WFET-2000型) 两项技术成果,通过湖南省仪器仪表行业协会组织的科技成果评价。由山东、重庆、云南电力行业专家及湖南大学、长沙理工大学教授组成的权威评审团认定:综合测控终端(RTU)技术水平整体达到国际先进,多项核心指标突破行业瓶颈;厂站电能量采集终端(WFET-2000型)实现全链条国产化替代,技术水平达国内领先。

厂站电能量采集终端(WFET-2000型)实现软硬件全国产化替代,全面适配新型电力系统建设与新能源大规模接入需求。围绕新能源为主体的电力现货交易、分布式能源接入及源网荷储协同等发展趋势,成功解决高频采集、高精度时钟同步、通信异常快速恢复等技术难题。终端采用基于全国产器件的高性能硬件平台和国产操作系统,实现了系统自主可控;创新设计RS-485总线三级限幅钳位防误接电路,可承受任意两线间420V工频误接;提出异步串口IRIG-B码解析方法,实现微秒级精确对时,保障计量数据时间戳准确;构建多模态弹性采集架构,融合动态任务分片与反馈容错机制,支持多通道并发抄表与通信异常自愈,确保复杂环境下数据采集的高效性与稳定性。整体技术水平经专家认定为国内领先。
